Job Description

The client has a strong ETF product offering and is keen to retain and expand its competitive advantage. Therefore, following phenomenal growth in this area, they are now looking to hire a Senior Product development Manager who will allow them to further build upon their success.

This is a high profile role that will report to the Head of ETF Product. You will be responsible for leading a team in structuring new product offerings, devising solutions to overcome operational hurdles, working across the business to gather input on product requirements and gaining approval for new products through the board and internal committees. You will work on projects from concept to final delivery and will act as a Product Champion both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will:

• Be self-motivated with a proactive attitude
• Have experience within the investment industry, particularly in a Product Development function
• Have a broad understanding of tax, portfolio management, regulatory and operational requirements as they relate to product
• Be an strong team worker with good time management skills and experience eof working on multiple projects simultaneously
