Reporting to the Head of Northern Europe, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to be part of a growing franchise with a committed business. You will be able to deliver on revenue targets from a combination of existing Target Clients and build strong client relationships with key Target Clients. You will also take responsibility for the profitability of the firm’s investment products to Financial Services clients across the UK. This responsibility includes leading business development activities and achieving sales forecasts with an exciting blend of investment products across multiple asset classes. This small team is a relatively new operation within the business and so requires a manager who can lead from the front in demonstrable sales with a consultative approach to clients, crafting solutions from the products available to maximise revenue with key clients. Key responsibilities include:

Growing new business volumes and revenue through own and team sales.

Monitoring and managing sales activity levels whilst actively developing the team’s capabilities and capacity.

Championing new products and product modifications to meet the needs of Financial Institutions clients.
To be successful in this role you must be able to develop relationships and win over high profile corporate clients through a comprehensive understanding of investment distribution in the UK and beyond. You will need a good understanding of fund management techniques, processes and practices and the presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal) to portray this technical knowledge.
