A leading asset management company is looking for a regional head to join their Sales team. The role will be to cover Northern Europe and lead a team of three people.

Job Description

The role will be to expand the business in the Nordic region through the sale of all product ranges for both institutional and retail clients.  The role will involve managing a team of three people to make sure that key sales targets are met.  The candidate will develop strong relationships with the target clients whilst gaining an in-depth understanding of the product range.

The successful candidate will be expected to have an established Nordic client base, with a detailed understanding of investment products and processes.  The candidate should have experience with institutional clients and should be comfortable building and managing client relationships.  The applicant must have substantial sales experience and preferably management experience too.  You must be decisive, organised and have a strong commercial awareness.  You will be able to work as a member of a team whist taking responsibility for your own actions.
